A 72-year-old man last seen Friday afternoon in Far East Dallas may be confused and in need of help, Dallas police say.
Jack William Kemp, Jr. was last seen around 2:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Highland Road, near Ferguson Road, police said.
Kemp is described as Black man who is 6-0 and weighs about 150 pounds. He has black and grey hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black Polo, grey sweatpants with black trim on the pockets, and black Sketchers shoes.
