Storms possible Wednesday evening

Tonight will be dry and mild with clouds increasing across North Texas. Low temperatures will be nearly ten degrees above normal.

Wednesday will offer a chance of showers and thunderstorms late in the day and into the evening. A cold front will prompt this chance of rain and could initiate some strong storms Wednesday evening. It will be another warm day before the front passes, however, cooler weather will return by Thursday.

The good news for any Veterans Day events outdoors, the chance of rain will be gone by Thursday morning. At this time, the weekend looks sunny and seasonably cool.
