Sweetgreen is set to open at Southlake’s Park Village

Southlake is getting a Sweetgreen.

The California-based salad shop that opened its first North Texas location in November in Dallas’ West Village (and then another in Deep Ellum in February) has selected Northeast Tarrant County for one of its next new stores.

The Southlake Sweetgreen is slated for a 2,800-square-foot spot in Park Village, according to state permits.

That development is also home to Colorado-based Modern Market, another fast-casual healthy eating chain.

The opening was first reported by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, along with details of another Sweetgreen opening in Fort Worth.
