Plano man arrested after police say he inappropriately touched 3 children he was tutoring

A Plano man was arrested last week after police say he inappropriately touched three children he was tutoring.

Jerry Tsai, 68, was taken into custody Thursday on three counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact. He has since posted $150,000 bond, Collin County jail records show.

It’s unclear whether he has an attorney.

Plano police said the mother of one of the children contacted them March 10 after her daughter made an outcry against Tsai, who was her tutor. During their investigation, officers found two more juvenile students who made allegations against Tsai, police said.

No other details about the case were made available.

Plano police said anyone with information about Tsai or other incidents may contact them at 972-941-2148.
