More storms by midweek

Easter Sunday started out cloudy and gloomy. Scattered showers and thunderstorms developed by midday, but most all of the rain fell east of Dallas. Clearing skies will spread across the area through the afternoon and evening.

Monday and Tuesday will be rain-free, with cool mornings and pleasant afternoons. But the wind will pick up again, bringing another chance for storms Tuesday night into Wednesday.

Thursday and Friday will be dry. But after that, we expect to see storms returning again next weekend.
