Dallas police working to identify body of woman found in Stemmons Corridor lake

Dallas police are asking for the public’s help identifying the body of a woman who was found in a lake in the Stemmons Corridor this month.

Dallas police released a sketch Tuesday of the woman, who was found about 11:30 a.m. April 8 near the 9400 block of North Stemmons Freeway, near Regal Row.

Police also released three sketches of tattoos on the woman’s body. Police said the initials “FOE” were tattooed in cursive on the right side of her midsection, a cartoon image of a man with a beard was tattooed on her inner right arm, and the name “Destiny” was tattooed on her lower back.

Police said the incident is being investigated as an unexplained death.

Anyone with information about the incident or identity of the victim may contact Detective Derick Chaney at 214-283-4804 or derick.chaney@dallascityhall.com and refer to case No. 061355-2022.
