72-year-old missing man found safe, Fort Worth police say

Fort Worth police are asking for the public’s help finding a 72-year-old missing man whose vehicle was found in Dallas.

Rafael Cervantes was last seen about 9 a.m. Monday leaving his home in the 4200 block of Marks Place in Fort Worth. Police said his vehicle was found near Interstate 35 and Commonwealth Drive in the Stemmons Corridor of Dallas.

Authorities say Cervantes has a mental disorder and may be lost or confused.

Cervantes is described as a white man who is 5-7 and 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray pants.
