Driver flees Fort Worth crash involving motorcycle that killed 2, police say

Two people on a motorcycle were killed in a crash in Fort Worth Sunday afternoon, according to police.

The crash happened about 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of East Lancaster Avenue and Major Street. A car and a motorcycle collided, ejecting the motorcycle driver and a passenger. Both were hit by another car and killed, authorities said.

The driver of the second car remained on scene and spoke with investigators, but the driver of the initial car involved in the crash fled, authorities said. Police haven’t provided a description of the car.

Authorities are investigating the crash.
