Arlington man arrested on charge of harboring 13-year-old at center of Amber Alert

A 31-year-old man is in custody after police say he harbored a 13-year-old girl at the center of an Amber Alert.

Nolan Chase Neighbors was arrested on a charge of harboring a runaway child. His bail has not been set, and it’s unclear whether he has an attorney.

Authorities issued an Amber Alert early Thursday for the girl and received a tip later in the day that she was at a complex in the 700 block of Trinity Circle, police said.

Neighbors was with the girl when she was found. Detectives believe the girl and Neighbors had been talking online and arranged to meet, police said.

The girl has since been reunited with her family, police said.

No other details about the incident were made available.
