The severe storms that moved through North Texas Sunday carried with it strong winds and hail in some areas, with power outages reported in many parts of Dallas and Fort Worth.
A video obtained by showed the moment when townhomes that were under construction in Old East Dallas collapsed during Sunday’s storm.
