Lower rain chances, drier week ahead in D-FW

The weather pattern will be undergoing a transition this week. High pressure in the upper levels of the atmosphere will begin to reestablish itself. This will lead to lower rain chances and a mostly dry forecast, especially by the second half of the week.

In the meantime, a slight chance of thunderstorms is hanging around today, but most locations will stay dry. High temperatures will hold steady in the 90s this week.
