Cooler temperatures finally arrive in North Texas

Finally, some heat relief is arriving for North Texas. A cold front pushed through the area late Sunday afternoon and evening, producing some isolated thunderstorms. But as expected. most of the area has seen no rain at all.

But we will see temperatures come down by Monday morning. And it will be more autumn-like all week long.

High temperatures will be in the 80s during the coming week with low temperatures down in the low 60s. We may even dip into the upper 50s by the end of the week! And the low humidity will make it feel even more pleasant. Unfortunately, though, the outlook for any additional rain still looks bleak.
