Sunshine and less wind

Gusty winds will decrease tonight across North Texas leading to a clear and chilly night. Sunshine will be common Wednesday with light winds and highs in the low 70s.

Thursday will be dry and mild with a few high clouds streaming into the area. There will also be a bit of a south breeze with high temperatures in the low to mid-70s.

There is a good chance for rain returning to North Texas on Friday as another storm system moves in. A half an inch to an inch of rain is possible. It will be cool with highs in the 60s.

The rain should exit our area by early Saturday morning, so the weekend looks nice. –Rick Mitchell
