Milder weather is on the way

It’ll be another cold night across North Texas with low temperatures in the 30s. Some spots will experience a light freeze, but no need to drip your faucets.

The weekend will be dry with a warming trend. Highs will be around 60 Saturday, and around 70 on Sunday. South winds will increase through the weekend so the fire danger will remain elevated west of the I-35 corridor.

Next week will be milder than normal with highs in the 60s and 70s. There will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday.
