Man fatally shot, reported found behind dumpster in Oak Cliff, Dallas police say

A man was found fatally shot in east Oak Cliff after someone reported a body found behind a dumpster, Dallas police say.

Officers responded Wednesday to the report in the 220 block of East Overton Road, near South Beckley Avenue, and found a man with a gunshot wound to the head.

He died at the scene, police said.
