Warming into the 80s

Another beautiful day is in store across North Texas with sunshine and spring-like warmth today. Highs will climb into the 80s today with a southwest breeze.

Rain chances return over the next couple days as a slow-moving front slides into the area. This front will stall over North Texas, bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday. While some heavy pockets of rain are possible, severe weather is unlikely.

Cooler weather arrives late in the week as the rain clears out. Weekend highs are expected to be in the mid 60s.
