Mild but rain possible

Mild weather started off the new work week and it will remain pretty mild on Tuesday. There may be a bit of fog Tuesday morning, but that should give way to a mostly cloudy sky with afternoon temperatures in the 70s and 80s.

Rain chances return by Wednesday as a slow-moving front slides into the area. This front will stall over North Texas, bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday. While some heavy pockets of rain are possible, severe weather is unlikely.

Cooler weather arrives late in the week as the rain clears out. Weekend highs are expected to rebound into the 70s.
