Amber Alert issued for 6-year-old boy abducted in Tarrant County

Authorities in Tarrant County are looking for a 6-year-old boy who they say was last seen by his family in November.

An Amber Alert was issued about 12:20 a.m. Saturday for Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, who is believed to be in grave or immediate danger. Police said his mother, 37-year-old Cindy Cecilia Rodriguez-Singh, is a suspect in the boy’s abduction.

The boy is described as Hispanic with brown eyes and black hair. His height and weight are unknown.

Rodriguez-Singh is described as a Hispanic woman who is 5 feet tall and about 140 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and tattoos across her chest.

Authorities provided photos and described the vehicle they are believed to be traveling in as a gray 2012 Chevy Silverado with Texas license plate PLS-7091 and a unique mural of Santa Muerte on the rear windshield.

Authorities believe the Rodriguez-Singh may also be with her other six children, who are 7, 8, 9 and 11 years old, as well as 5-month-old twins.

CLARIFICATION, 9:31 p.m., March 25, 2023: Although information provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety said Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez was last seen about midnight Friday, Everman police said the boy has not been seen by family since November.
