Fort Worth police investigating fatal shooting Monday evening

Authorities are investigating a “confirmed homicide” related to a shooting in Fort Worth reported Monday evening, according to police.

Shortly after 6:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to a possible shooting near the intersection of Martin Street and Miller Avenue in southeastern Fort Worth, according to police.

Police have not released many details but said the victim, who has not been identified by authorities, was fatally shot.
