Wind and humidity increases Friday

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — It’ll start to feel humid again Friday afternoon as moisture increases. It’ll be breezy as well and you may even see a shower around as the sea breeze kicks in.

Prepare for hot weather if you’re going to the parade Saturday afternoon. High humidity levels along with temps in the middle 80s will give us feels like temps around 90. The chance for an afternoon shower is right around 20-30%.

When will the cool front blow in on Saturday?

At this time it looks like the front will blow in during the late evening or overnight hours. A passing disturbance and a very unstable atmosphere may spark an isolated severe thunderstorm capable of producing large hail and gusty winds.

How does the weather look for Sunday?

Assuming the front blows through as advertised late Saturday, Sunday *should* be beautiful! We are expecting lots of sunshine, low humidity, and pleasant temperatures with lows in the 50s and highs in the 70s.
