Breezy and mild with a low rain chance for now

Increasing south winds will bring a surge of higher humidity air from the Gulf of Mexico into North Texas. A mostly cloudy sky will be more common Tuesday and Wednesday. Those south winds will gust over 30 mph at times.

While there can be some spotty showers at any time, the best rain chances will be Thursday into Friday. A strong April cold front will sweep through the area Friday, bringing an end to the rain chances. The weekend will be dry and cool with highs in the 60s.
