3 in custody, 1 at large after fatal shooting in McKinney

McKinney police have detained three people and are looking for a fourth suspect after a man was fatally shot Sunday evening.

Ivan Espinoza Montes, 18, and Deionta Terry, 20, were booked into the Collin County jail Monday on one count each of murder in the slaying of 29-year-old Tre Vian Myles-Moorehead. A juvenile, whose name was not released because of her age, was taken to juvenile detention.

It is unclear whether any of the suspects has an attorney.

Myles-Moorehead was found unresponsive and bleeding about 7:45 p.m. Sunday on Erwin Avenue near the intersection of Johnson Street, police said. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Police also are looking for Edgar Gomez, 22, in connection with the shooting. They did not provide a detailed description of him.

Police said they obtained surveillance video from a business near the scene of the shooting but did not provide any information about what may have happened leading up to the slaying or how they believe the suspects are connected to it.
