Unsettled weather this week

While our weather has been rather cool for April the past few days, it’s going to turn more unsettled with chances for showers and storms.

Tuesday there’s a slight risk of thunderstorms and the possibility of severe weather. The primary threats are moderate/heavy rainfall, large hail and damaging winds.

It appears a better chance of storms will arrive Wednesday morning. Some of these could also be heavy to severe. Again, hail and gusty winds will be the main threats. Additional storms are possible Wednesday afternoon.

Drier air and sunshine return Thursday before another quick shot of rain Friday. Right now the weekend looks dry.
