A gradual warming trend is expected for the week ahead as highs return to the mid and upper-80s. Our next chance for rain arrives by Tuesday with a few scattered showers and thunderstorms possible, especially western North Texas.

Temperatures will really start to ramp up for the Memorial Day Holiday weekend, as highs will soar into the 90s.
