Heat Advisory continues south of DFW; Isolated storm chances

Monday will feature more heat and humidity. A Heat Advisory is in effect for areas south of DFW until 9 p.m. Monday. Expect heat index values ranging from 105 to 111 degrees. Please practice your heat safety tips.

Isolated showers and thunderstorms will still be possible for Monday and Tuesday. Our rain chances will diminish by mid-week as a ridge to the west moves overhead. This will provide drier and hotter conditions. High temperatures will soar into the upper-90s to lower-100s.
