Rain will end but cooler air will remain

A cold front moved through North Texas Thursday with falling temperatures and periods of rain. The rain will gradually come to an end overnight, and Friday will be dry.

Temperatures will be a bit below normal the next few days with highs in the low 60s Friday and Saturday, and mid 60s Sunday through Tuesday. The normal high temperature this time of year is in the upper 60s. No frost or freezing temperatures are expected.

The weekend will be dry and cool. However, there is a low chance of showers by Monday and Tuesday.
