Turning wetter leading up to Christmas

Wednesday will be our last completely dry day for awhile. A series of storm systems will move across Texas Thursday through Sunday bringing waves of showers and perhaps even occasional thunderstorms. Potential rainfall during that time will range from an inch to as much as three inches. Of course it won’t rain constantly as there will be several hours each of those days that will be dry.

Thankfully temperatures will remain above normal so there are no concerns for any ice or snow.

The rain will likely moves out of North Texas by Christmas. Right now Christmas Day looks dry with a high in the low 60s.
