SkyEye video shows smoke billowing from building that burnt to the ground in Third Ward neighborhood

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Firefighters battled flames in a Third Ward neighborhood on Tuesday morning.

SkyEye flew over the scene, where smoke was seen billowing from a structure fire at 3327 Nettleton Street near Francis Street.

The Houston Fire Department described the property as a “possible mobile home/shed.” The structure completely burnt to the ground and was unrecognizable.

The fire was first reported at 5:48 a.m. HFD said firefighters extinguished the flames by 6:26 a.m.

There were no civilian or firefighter injuries.

A mobile home and camper were spotted on the property surrounding the burned structure.

It’s unclear what sparked the flames.
