A man from Memorial was arrested after deputies reported that he sent over 2,000 ‘aggressive’ emails to his neighbors

A man from Memorial faces charges of harassing communication and making terroristic threats after allegedly sending over 2,000 emails to more than 200 of his neighbors, according to the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office.

Christopher Eustice, 30, is accused of initiating the emails last year, targeting residents in the Yorkshire neighborhood where he resides with his parents.

Several of the emails, shared with Eyewitness News by one recipient, were noted by deputy constables for their “aggressive tone.”

The content of the emails primarily revolves around Eustice’s experiences as a student at Meadow Wood Elementary and Spring Forest Middle School, where he claims to have been bullied and physically assaulted. Additionally, he expresses grievances about a past prom date.

In one email, Eustice allegedly wrote, “This community took everything from me and owes me everything. I was abused and neglected into mental illness.” Another email referenced a “Ultimate Revenge Tour” planned for 2024, along with mentions of mass shootings and ownership of over 100 firearms.

These communications prompted multiple alerts from Spring Branch ISD police to parents, although specific threats were not reported.

Prosecutors stated that Eustice sent 1,136 emails to one individual between November and January, with a focus on the individual’s daughter.

In his correspondence, Eustice described himself as an “inverted co-dependent narcissist” and recounted experiences from his school days. While he mentioned a $5 billion lawsuit against the district, there were no explicit threats against his former schools in the reviewed emails.

Federal court records indicate that Eustice has filed numerous lawsuits against schools and companies previously.

Spring Branch ISD mentioned in a statement that they perceive no imminent danger, as Eustice’s threats were directed towards potential lawsuits, not physical harm to anyone.

Eustice is currently detained on a $45,000 bond, with indications that his parents do not intend to post bail, according to Spring Branch ISD police.
