Here’s why Selena Gomez feels ‘safe’ with Benny Blanco

Selena Gomez admitted that she feels safe with her beau Benny Blanco.

In conversation with Rolling Stone, the Calm Down singer opened up about her love life, revealing she is ‘happy with everything’ ahead of the release of her fourth studio album.

She said, “Without getting into too much detail, I think it’s just really important to meet someone that respects you.”

The musician added, “And I think it’s really nice to also lean on someone who understands the world that I live in.”

Gomez confessed that overall she feels the safest with Blanco. She continued, “It’s been really lovely and I’ve only grown through it, so it’s awesome.”

For the unversed, the singer confirmed her budding romance with a record producer on social media in December 2023.

The singer said, “I love film. I love TV. I just feel like I haven’t done a lot of the things that I want to do in that space.”

“It’s not that it’s ‘no, never’ [to music], it’s more that I would like to explore that world a bit more and have the time to actually do that, Gomez explained.
