Houston ISD closing all schools on Friday, May 17 due to widespread storm damage

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — In response to extensive damage throughout Houston, HISD has collaborated with the City of Houston to shut down all campuses on Friday, May 17. Schools are scheduled to resume regular operations on Monday, May 20th.

Further school closures, if any, will be added to the list below as announcements are made.
