J. Carter highlights importance of Black culture at TwoGether Land Fest in Dallas

The inaugural TwoGether Land 2024 Festival is set to transform Dallas’s historic Fair Park into a vibrant hub of music, food, and cultural celebration over the Memorial Day weekend.

Featuring an impressive lineup of headliners such as Lil Wayne, Summer Walker, The Dream, and Jeezy, along with local favorites curated by K104 radio personality Hollyhood Bay Bay, the festival promises an unforgettable experience for attendees.

Highlighting Dallas’s dynamic music scene, performances by artists like Big Tuck, Erica Banks, Yella Beezy, and Dorrough will add to the festival’s allure.

In addition to live music, the festival will feature a podcast stage showcasing popular shows such as Angela Yee’s Lip Service and Whorible Decisions.

Food enthusiasts can look forward to a diverse culinary experience, with vendors including Smokey Joe’s BBQ, Potato Hut, and TNT Pineapple offering their delectable creations.

Founder Jason “J.” Carter, known for his success with ONE Musicfest, expressed excitement about expanding the festival to Dallas, citing the city’s cultural vibrancy.

However, safety concerns raised by locals regarding the festival’s location in South Dallas have been addressed by Carter, who emphasized the organizers’ commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

To enhance safety measures, specific guidelines for permissible items inside Fair Park during the event have been outlined, including restrictions on backpacks and bags larger than specified dimensions.

With gates opening at noon on both days and performances starting at 12:30 p.m., attendees can immerse themselves in the festivities while enjoying a diverse array of music and culinary delights.

For additional details and ticket information, attendees are encouraged to visit the festival’s website and mobile app.
