Police: Leasing agent fatally stabs man at Woodlands apartment complex

A leasing agent at an apartment complex in The Woodlands was being questioned by police Tuesday night after he allegedly knifed a resident, according to authorities.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the Plantation Apartments in the 3700 block of College Park Drive around 6:30 p.m. and found a mortally wounded man with stab wounds, Lt. Scott Spencer said

He was taken to a hospital where he died.

The leasing agent wasn’t hurt during the melee. Investigators are talking to him and several witnesses who were coming home at the time of the fatal assault, Spencer said.

It was not known who the instigator in the attack was
