Dallas police investigating death of homicide victim found in Mountain Creek area

Police say a person was found slain Friday morning in the Mountain Creek area of southwestern Dallas.

Officers were called about 11:30 a.m. to the 8100 block of Clark Road, near Interstate 20, where they found the victim dead from homicidal violence. The person has not yet been identified.

Police have not released any additional information about the death.
