MLK Day will be warm but with a small chance for a shower.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Clouds may be hanging around most of the day on Monday. There could be a sprinkle or light shower in spots, but rain chances will remain fairly low, only 30%. The next cold front could bring higher rain chances Wednesday.
