North Texas man wanted for violating bond on child sexual assault charge

Law enforcement is actively seeking a North Texas man accused of violating his bond following his arrest for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

The Rhome Police Department issued a warrant for the arrest of Robert Hayden Bennett Winters on Thursday, May 9. A Wise County District Judge had previously set bail at $150,000.

The specific condition of bond that Winters allegedly violated, as well as details regarding the case in which he was arrested, were not disclosed in the court order.
