Sabrina Carpenter takes hit track ‘Espresso’ to supermarkets

Sabrina Carpenter is on the move to treat her fans with espresso ice cream following the sweeping success of her recent hit track, Espresso.

On Saturday, June 8, the Please Please Please crooner took the flavourful news to Instagram stories, revealing she is collaborating with Van Leeuwen for an espresso-flavoured ice cream.

“Available starting JUNE 28th!!!!” she wrote in one slide, introducing the pastel-shaded closed tub of ice cream adorned with the cover art of her single.

“It is that sweet,” Carpenter, 25, captioned the following slide, featuring the open tub giving a glimpse of the chocolate-swirled ice cream in all its splendour.

Interestingly, in the second caption, she played off of the song’s lyrics, “Now he’s thinkin’ ’bout me every night, oh/Is it that sweet? I guess so.”

“Say you can’t sleep, baby, I know/That’s that me, espresso,” the Girl Meets World star sings in the song.

Moreover, she has been basking in rave views for Espresso since the track premiered on April 11.

Adele notably took some time out of her residency show in Las Vegas in May to praise the hit song.

“That Sabrina Carpenter song! ‘I can’t relate to desperation.’ That song is my jam!” 36-year-old British singer said after serenading one of the lyrics from Expresso.

Additionally, Carpenter’s sweet collaboration revelation came days after she announced an upcoming album, Short n’ Sweet, slated to release on August 23.
