On Monday morning in Dallas, a man, woman, and infant were rescued from an apartment fire at the Regal Crossing Apartments on 7575 Chaucer Place. Dallas Fire-Rescue received a 911 call reporting the fire at 7:47 a.m.

Initial responders found smoke emanating from the second floor of a two-story apartment building.

While extinguishing the fire, crews received reports of residents trapped inside an apartment unit.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.

Although the fire affected a total of eight apartments in the building, damage was contained to only one unit.
