Dallas, Collin homeless population dips, but chronic homelessness is on the rise

Slightly fewer people are experiencing homelessness in Dallas and Collin counties, but more people are chronically homeless than in years past, the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance reported Friday. American Airlines wants jury to award it $300 million in dispute with Sabre
