Man punched 10-year-old boy in the face before fatally shooting child’s father, Arlington police say

A Mississippi man was arrested this month in Alabama in connection with the fatal shooting of a man in Arlington in March. Uthian Sewayne Kimble, 22, was arrested April 8 in Florence, Ala., on a charge of injury to a child. A murder charge was added Thursday, Arlington police said.
