Garland teen has been missing since midnight, police say

Garland police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing teenager. Soleil Elizabeth Keith, 15, was last seen about midnight Thursday at her home in the 5000 block of Wiltshire Court, near J.J. Lemmon Road. Police believe she left on her own. Texas taps federal funds to help nursing homes buy equipment to expand COVID-era visits
