A Dallas police officer was arrested Monday on a family-violence assault charge, the department said Tuesday. Keith Huber, a senior corporal who has been with the department since 2002, was arrested by the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office and was taken to jail in Waxahachie, Dallas police said.
