Dallas’ Fair Park sees flooding, ‘significant’ water damage after frozen pipe bursts

At least one frozen pipe burst early Wednesday at Dallas’ Fair Park, causing water damage to the Cotton Bowl, Tower Building, Hall of State and possibly other nearby facilities.
