Dallas County reported eight more COVID-19 deaths and 279 new coronavirus cases Wednesday. The latest victims were men in their 40s to 80s. Two were from Dallas, two from Garland, and one each from Balch Springs, Irving, Mesquite and Wilmer. Two men were found in their homes and did not have underlying health conditions.
