21-year-old man last seen in Buckner Terrace found safe, police say

Dallas police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing man last seen in the Buckner Terrace neighborhood. Javier Ruiz Martinez, 21, was last seen about 9 p.m. Saturday in the 4600 block of St. Francis Avenue, near South Buckner Boulevard.
