Dallas Zoo chimpanzee dies from heart-related illness

A chimpanzee at the Dallas Zoo died Wednesday from heart-related illness or distress. In a Facebook post, the zoo said that 31-year-old Kirk stopped breathing just before the caretakers’ rounds at the end of the day.
