70-ton concrete beam gets stuck under Rockwall overpass, blocking major road

The number of Arlington residents hospitalized for COVID-19 jumped 596% in the past seven weeks, according to the city’s dashboard. In the past week, the city has recorded 21 deaths from COVID-19.
