A man was found fatally shot Wednesday evening at an apartment complex in Pleasant Grove, Dallas police said. Shortly before 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers were notified of a shooting at Norvell Courts Apartments, located in the 8000 block of Military Parkway near South Buckner Boulevard, police said.
