Plano psychiatrist arrested, accused of sexually assaulting adult family member, police said

A Plano psychiatrist was arrested last week after accusations he sexually assaulted an adult family member, according to police. Robert James Harden, 69, was arrested without incident around 7 p.m. Thursday on a charge of aggravated sexual assault, police said. Dallas Morning News Charities launches 36th annual campaign to help the hungry and homeless

The Dallas Morning News Charities has kicked off its 36th annual fall-winter fundraising campaign to benefit North Texas nonprofits.
