A man was arrested Sunday after police said he fatally shot a woman in Lake Highlands. Officers were called about 5:30 a.m. to the 9800 block of Audelia Road, near Walnut Hill Lane, where they found the wounded victim, 25-year-old Lachandra Renee Delce. She died at a hospital.
